IntelliPay Research is a private market research company. We run a paid research panel. Members watch video advertisements and submit their honest written reactions to them, and are paid a set rate for each review that is accepted.
This page exists so that anyone — a buyer, a payment processor or a compliance reviewer — can see in plain language exactly what is being sold, for how much, by whom, what the guarantee is and how to get help. There is nothing to buy on this page.
This is paid research participation. Advertisers pay for honest reactions to their video advertisements before and after those advertisements run. Members of our panel give those reactions and are paid per accepted review.
This is not a job. It is not employment, not a wage, not a salary and not a contract of work. There are no set hours, no obligation to complete any number of reviews, and no guaranteed income. Nobody is hired. IntelliPay Research is not an employer and makes no offer of employment.
We are not connected to anyone else. IntelliPay Research is a private company. It is not a government programme or agency, and it is not part of, endorsed by or affiliated with Facebook, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok or any other social media or advertising platform.
A short video advertisement is shown to you in the member area, with a brief explaining what the advertiser wants to learn from it.
You answer the questions and write your honest reaction in your own words. Reviews that are blank, copied or clearly not about the advertisement are rejected.
Each accepted review is credited at the rate shown on its brief. Credited amounts sit as pending until the next release window, then are paid out.
Rates differ from brief to brief, and are set by the advertiser who commissioned the research. Any rate, balance or total shown anywhere on this site is an example used to explain how the panel works. It is not a prediction or a promise of what you will be paid, and there is no guarantee that you will be paid anything at all.

The $19 purchase is access to the IntelliPay Research panel. It is charged a single time. It is not a subscription, there is no trial that converts into a charge, and there is no recurring billing of any kind on this product.

After the $19 purchase, you are shown a series of optional upgrades. Each one is presented on its own page with its price stated, and each one can be declined by clicking the decline link on that page. They are one-click purchases: if you accept one, it is charged to the payment method you used at checkout, as a separate one-time charge.

These are one-time charges, not subscriptions. None of them is required to use the panel, and none of them changes the rate an advertiser pays for a review or guarantees that you will earn anything. The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies to each of them.
30 days, money back. If you are not satisfied with the $19 panel access or with any optional upgrade you accepted, ask for a refund within 30 days of that purchase and it will be returned to you. You do not need to give a reason.
Purchases and refunds are processed by Explodely, the payment gateway for this site. You can request a refund or any other order support through Explodely directly at help.explodely.com/support/tickets/new, or by emailing our support team, in which case we pass the request to Explodely for you.
Refunds are returned to the payment method used at checkout. Each charge — the $19 and each upgrade accepted — is refundable on its own.
